WHICH ATTRACTIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Zagreb Card provides free transport by Zagreb city transportation system (ZET) as well as free entry to Museum of Broken Relationships, Chocolate Museum Zagreb, Zagreb City Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, Nikola Tesla Technical Museum and the Zagreb Zoo.
IS THERE A SPECIAL ZAGREB CARD FOR CHILDREN?
There is no Zagreb Card for children.
HOW MANY ATTRACTIONS CAN I VISIT PER DAY?
There is no limit, you can visit as many attractions in a day as you wish.
CAN I VISIT THE SAME ATTRACTION SEVERAL TIMES?
Re-visits are not possible, Zagreb Card entitles the cardholder to one visit per attraction.
CAN I SKIP THE QUEUE?
No, you cannot skip the queues.
WHICH ATTRACTIONS REQUIRE PRE-BOOKING?
Non of the attractions require pre-booking.
IS TRANSPORT TO/FROM THE AIRPORT INCLUDED?
Unfortunately, no. Zagreb Card provides free transport by Zagreb city transportation system only in ZONE 1 (within city limits).
CAN I USE THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION UNLIMITED?
Yes, you can use public transportation as much as you like.
DO I NEED TO SCAN, TAP OR PRESENT MY CARD BEFORE BOARDING THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
You need to present your card to the ticket controller when asked. Please note, in a case of the need to verify the Zagreb Card user, there is a possibility that identification will be requested.
IF I ORDER ONLINE HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ZAGREB CARD?
You will receive your Zagreb Card to your e-mail or you can download it after buying. You can print it out or you can show it on your mobile phone when entering attractions.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Please start by checking the spam-folder in your e-mail. If you still can't find it please contact us at info@fivestars.hr
CAN I CANCEL MY CARD AND GET A REFUND?
Cancelation is not possible. Zagreb Card is not refundable.
